She began her career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the prestigious AIIMS in New Delhi as a junior resident and moved to London in 2004.
She developed her special interest in early pregnancy and emergency gynaecology and took time out of her training to perform research in this field. She has several papers in peer reviewed journals to her credentials. She is a regular speaker in many national and international forums.
